Supplier Conferences and Thematic Forum
To date, cumulative attendance at supply-chain conferences and training sessions has exceeded 9,520 participants, with a total of 852 training hours.
To enhance suppliers’ awareness of sustainability issues and their ability to respond to risks, ASUS regularly holds supplier conferences and guidance meetings to communicate management requirements and deepen partnerships. In 2025, ASUS held a total of 9 supplier conferences and thematic forums, inviting third-party experts to share insights on international human rights regulations and trends and challenges in carbon management.
The forums received a highly positive response from suppliers, with more than 90% of participants indicating that the sessions helped them grasp key issues and facilitated exchange. Following each event, forum summaries were also distributed via eNews to help those who did not attend obtain key information, thereby extending the reach and effectiveness of communication.

Defect Assistance Meetings
ASUS holds annual coaching meetings to assist suppliers in remediating audit findings; in 2025, audited suppliers achieved 100% participation. Meetings invite RBA-certified auditors to analyze root causes of findings and share industry best practices to enhance suppliers’ management awareness and remediation capabilities.
Topics include overtime management; health protection for high-risk roles; carbon and water resource management; employee engagement and privacy protection. In addition to online meetings, ASUS has established supplier WeChat groups to facilitate real-time experience sharing and communication.

Online Courses
To encourage our suppliers to receive ISO certification and familiarise with the RBA Code of Conduct, we prepared online courses at ASUS' ESG website - Digital Learning Courses for suppliers to watch online or download. The courses include:
