Building on its sustainability strategy of “digitizing data, applying technology-driven management, and leveraging core competencies to construct corporate sustainable value,” ASUS continues to advance its four sustainability pillars, implementing concrete goals and action plans.
The 2024 ASUS Sustainability Report has been officially released and details our strategies, actions, and key outcomes across the four sustainability pillars. It enables stakeholders to understand our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance and impact and demonstrates our commitment to strategic sustainability.

The following highlights ASUS’s 2024 ESG focus cases and results:
- Climate Action: Based on the SBTi framework standards and encompassing the entire ASUS group, ASUS has passed the SBTi Science-Based Net-Zero Target Validation. Through the Carbon Data Management Platform, ASUS assists its subsidiaries and supply chain in conducting systematic carbon emissions data collection and GHG inventories, thereby advancing dual digital transformation, driving the entire Group toward net-zero emissions. In 2024, ASUS’s global operations centers reached RE55, and key suppliers achieve a 24 % reduction in carbon intensity compared to the baseline year. ASUS has earned the Leadership rating in CDP’s Climate Change category for two consecutive years, including achieving an A rating in 2024.
- Circular Economy: ASUS launched the DPP(Digital Product Passport, DPP), which details the entire lifecycle from raw material selection, manufacturing, transportation, sales, repair, usage, second-hand resale, to final disposal. It provides information on the environmental impact at each stage of the product's lifecycle. In addition, ASUS proactively provides product carbon footprint and life cycle data, together with information on environmentally friendly materials in products and eco labels. Through scanning a QR codes, the DPP delivers real-time access to product information, enhancing consumers’ right to know and right to choose. ASUS enhanced green competitiveness, with Eco Friendly Product revenue accounting for 89% in 2024.
- Responsible Manufacturing: ASUS received the first five-star rating in SGS’s ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement -Guidance certification, earning the top honor of “Role Model.” Through cross-functional collaboration, ASUS promotes sustainable procurement by integrating sustainability management approaches into procurement policies and practices, while investing professional resources to enhance suppliers’ sustainability management capabilities. These efforts effectively mitigate the environmental impact of procurement activities, protecting labor rights, and enhancing corporate competitiveness.
- Value Creation: In collaboration with the Kuan-Shu Educational Foundation and Dr. Ching-Min Sun’s team at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, we implemented the Dasyuehshan Middle-Altitude Pangolin Habitat Enhancement and Conservation Project, which centers on grass cultivation methods and their relevance to pangolin habitats. The project outcomes were recognized by the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, making ASUS one of the first companies to earn Biodiversity Certificate.
